I offer 121 healing sessions in Yoga, Shamanic healing and Conscious re-birthing Breathwork, along with regular classes, workshops & retreats. Sometimes we all need a little help along the way, and often a single session is the spark that we need to ignite us on our path again. Other times a deeper dive is required, either way I am here to support you in your journey and through your transformations.

Shamanism is an ancient form of spiritual healing that dates back at least 40,000years. It refers to a range of traditional beliefs, practices and healing techniques that are concerned with communication with the spirit world, the 'unseen realms' or 'non-ordinary reality'. There are many variations worldwide; though some beliefs are shared by all forms of shamanism. From a shamanic point of view, nothing is separate, we don't just live in nature, we are nature. Everything has spirit, we are connected to everyone and everything; trees, plants, clouds, rocks, rivers, oceans, the Sun, Moon and Stars.
Conscious Rebirthing Breathwork is a focused breathing technique that puts us into an altered state of consciousness we can safely release tension and trauma held within the body. These sometimes transcendent states of being create deep healing, release and relaxation in the body, opening us to experience joy and bliss.
Conscious Rebirthing Breathwork is a simple yet incredible technique that can be used to dissolve the physical and emotional knots we carry within us and allow us to eliminate negative patterns that are creating suffering and stagnation in our lives.
The word Yoga is derived from a Sanskrit root yuj meaning to join or connect, often translated as Union. Yoga is a transformative practice and so is difficult to put into words as it needs to be experienced!

In class we use Yoga (postures, breathing, meditation and chanting) to connect to our body; our body to our mind; to connect to the present moment and to experience, and learn from our body; bringing about balance and wellbeing on many levels.
Our retreats are held in remote Scottish wilderness where we can be in ceremony on the land and connect deeply to our hearts and the heart of Mother Earth. Offering the chance to replenish, rejuvenate, reconnect and rejoice in all things wild! Set in various locations across Scotland, all with unique beauty and a sense of wildness, we will spend our days moving with yoga and walks, wild swimming, sitting around the fire, telling stories and drinking in all Nature has to offer. We will undertake ancient ceremonies and rituals that bring about deep healing, transformation and self-empowerment. Get ready to undergo a Celtic Initiation and Rise Up Wild!
